John LEESE

Director

John specialises in the fields of Attendance, Safeguarding and Criminal Investigation / Enforcement. John has worked for a number of Local Authorities in London, the West Midlands, South West and Yorkshire, as well as for West Midlands Police.

John holds Postgraduate Qualifications in Education, Management and Criminal Investigation.

John is also President-Elect for the Association of Education Welfare Management (AEWM).

Andrea Packer

Director

Andrea specialises in the fields of Attendance, Safeguarding and Mental Health. Andrea has worked for a number of Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts and Further Education Providers.

Andrea holds a Masters Degree in Education Management, as well as Designated Safeguarding Lead qualifications, and is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and Trainer.

Andrea is also the South West Regional Representative for the Association of Education Welfare Management (AEWM).
